When we arrived, the customer had a concerning situation — a leak in the roof caused by steam and rainwater, with the flue pumping fumes, including carbon monoxide, into the loft. The installation had not been registered, raising concerns about the installer’s Gas Safe credentials, making the installation dangerous and damaging.
